Stress Incontinence :-Sometimes due to the
stress we are unable to control the release of urine. This can
occur when a person laughs, coughs, sneezes, lifts a heavy object,
or jogs. This is called stress incontinence.
When pressure on the top of the bladder is increased by one
of the actions mentioned above it forces urine to pass the valve
that normally keeps it in the bladder. This results in leakage.
Causes of stress incontinence include changes in the nerves
and muscles that control the release of urine.
Urinary incontinence is the most common form of stress incontinence

levels may cause changes in the pelvic muscles and supportive
structures that lead to stress incontinence. It may also occur
in men, especially those who have had surgery related to prosterate
glands.

. (A pessary is a rubber device placed in the vagina to help
